We love clients who are in it with us for the long haul, but if you're looking for a plan to get you moving, here are our strategy packages.

 

All of these can be followed by us supporting you to deliver these plans. If you would prefer a more Do-it-Yourself approach, there's a Crabapple process for that too in our Strategy Coaching.

I also offer ad-hoc consulting sessions on an hourly basis to work through what you need. I charge $165 per hour for my Crabapple Consults, and only charge for the time we use.

Branding and marketing strategy:

The starter plan

What you’ll get: A brand and marketing strategy that will give you a solid start to your marketing

  • Mission/vision/values statements

  • Company tone of voice

  • Key messages

  • 2-3 audience personas

  • Goals and tangible objectives that align with your business strategy

  • Marketing channels and associated strategies

  • Suggestions for key performance indicators

 

What we'll do:

  • An initial 2hr branding workshop

  • Regular calls to go through each planning stage, between which I'll go away and create the next deliverable, for your review

  • Once the marketing strategy plan is complete we'll have a presentation call + debrief

When I first started working with Georgina, I had done some of the work around identifying possible perfect clients/personas, my brand and my vision. But I felt stuck and couldn’t move forward.     • brand strategy elements like mission/vision/values and key messages

    • your top competitors

    • product/services range.

  • We’ll go away and create a marketing plan

  • We'll have a presentation call + debrief
