Setting the scene

Established in 2019 by founder Kate Silburn, Rocky Mountain Elder Law is a women-owned boutique law firm that helps the elderly and those planning end-of-life matters. The firm focuses on elder law, including estate planning, estate administration, probate litigation, guardianships, and conservatorships. Kate’s goal is to offer compassionate legal support that fits her clients' needs.

Kate knew from the start that marketing was important and engaged Crabapple Communications in early 2020. We began by creating a website that showcased her unique approach to elder law and helped attract new clients.

After the website launch, Kate continued working with us to build a steady flow of marketing efforts designed to raise her firm’s profile and bring in more business. She wanted someone to handle the marketing so she could focus on serving her clients and growing her firm.
